We provide free email with all hosting packages. The only reason we don't advertise "unlimited email" is because that attracts spammers, and spammers cause problems with the server's IP, which causes problems for everybody. We'll let the spammers go to GoDaddy or 1&1. If somebody needs a few more than what the package says, we have no problem adding more emails to any package. We don't offer "unlimited" email storage, mostly because it's not practical to store 500 GB of 5 year old emails and it causes email servers and programs to run slower. We provide a choice of Webmail clients at no extra charge. (Your customers can even access their AOL and other email services inside their online Webmail). We also don't put advertising on customer emails or web sites. You can, but we won't..

We don't meter web site traffic. That's important, particularly since video is starting to play an important roll in web sites. There are hosting companies that play a bait-and-switch tactic offering "unlimited" storage, and then they charge hard when traffic goes over the minimum, so they can't really use the "unlimited" storage without paying more. That's also how they can often offer more storage than they have available on their server.
